These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the OrganizeX software provided by DatalumeX ("we", "us").
Your license
- One license is for one PC.
- Lifetime use: you pay once and may use the version you bought for as long as you like.
- One transfer per year: you may move your license to another PC once per year by deactivating it on the old PC and then activating it on the new one. Transfers require an internet connection.
- Updates: all updates up to v3.0 are free. Later major versions are optional paid upgrades; your current version keeps working.
Free preview
The free preview lets you run every module on your own files and shows exactly what OrganizeX would do. It does not move, sort, or organize any files. A full license is required to apply the results.
What you may not do
- Share, redistribute, or resell license keys.
- Use one license on more than one PC at the same time.
No warranty and limited liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your license.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
